Born in Pelahatchie, Mississippi, The Mississippi Soulman Malcolm McBride age 55 has been singing and entertaining people from all over the world for many years. Malcolm started singing Gospel from a very young age which led him to performing with his family in the McBride Gospel Choir. From Gospel to Motown not forgetting Swing, Malcolm has become renowned for performing and bringing the TRUE sound of Motown as well as the SMOOTH sounds of Swing/Jazz to a variety of audiences, including members of the Thai Royal family to Beverly Callard, Craig Charles (Coronation Street) plus Tim Healy but to name a few. Born and raised from what’s better known as the Dirty South, he was raised on Gospel, Motown and Soul music.

 While serving in The United States Military Malcolm sang with The U.S Army Soldiers Chorus where he entertained all over Central and South America. He’s performed for the U.S Ambassador to Belize also other Dignitaries in South American. Living in Japan, he was in the group, Turning Point that travelled all over Japan singing Motown and a variety of music.
After serving 15 years with the U.S military he then moved to Thailand. Again Malcolm’s passion was to sing and entertain. He sang at a 5 star Resort’s plus entertained Royalty on several occasions.

Malcolm joined Soul Satisfaction “The American 4 tops” in 2003 where he was fortunate to have travelled to all four corners of the world from The United Kingdom, Europe and Asia just to name a few places. While with the group he performed on many of the Royal Caribbean Cruises and also the Cunard’s QE2 before it was decommissioned.

Since going solo he has travelled all over The U.K and entertained thousands in different venues. Malcolm has even taken the TRUE sound of Motown to Egypt, singing in Soho Square and at top class hotels from The Savoy to The Maritim Jolie Ville Golf Resort. The Mississippi Soulman has opened up for The Real Thing, Soul Satisfaction American 4 tops and The Stylistics. Malcolm has become very good friends after he opened up and sang with Ray Lewis (Original Drifter). Malcolm has also sang with the one and only Minister Donnie McClurkin plus Beverley Callard (Coronation Street) on her new workout DVD Dec 2010. He has performed several times for the Salford Mayors Charities as well as The Ladies Ascot ball for Christies Charity, plus several times for Manchester City FA Charities and last but not least the Tim Parry and Jonathan Ball Foundation for Peace (Warrington IRA bomb victims).
